Family Information:

Pre-Colony History:

Home in Colony: Lived at the Rice Ranch near Elton, LA.

Job in Colony: Listed as one of the rice field workers in 1927.

In May 1929 he and Gladys Kimball were busy at the Rice Ranch with large new broods of ducks, chicks and infant piggies, too numerous to count.

In November 1929 Hopkins, Kennedy and Fall harvested the sweet potato crop, storing them in the attic of one of the hay lofts -- carefully covering them with straw to protect them from being injured by frost.
