Post-Colony History: In 1930 and 1940 she was living in New York with her husband and (in 1930) her daughter, Margaret.

In 1936 a story in the "Llano Colonist" stated that she and Howard were living in Peekskill, NY where he was on the editorial staff of the "Peekskill Daily Union" and was interested in furthering the Social Credit idea, originated by Major C.H. Douglas.
