Family Information: Son of Mack Herman "Jack" and Sarah (Brown) Murray.

Brother of Sybil Murray.

Paternal grandparents were Emma and A.M. Murray while his maternal grandparents were Hattie Brown and Ed Brown.

Other Info: In February 1936 he and his mother left the colony on a Sunday for an unannounced destination. They returned on Thursday of the same week.

In September 1936 he, assisted by his "daddy Jack" on the guitar and comb, "tapped" for the audience at one of the theater shows. He was "about two feet high" but "kept quite good time, and did "acrobatics" in the most approved fashion."
