Harlan Bridwell

Birth: Born in 1917 in Arkansas.  

Description:  

Pre-Colony History: Came to the colony from Forestburg, Texas in 1928.  

Family Information: Son of Louis and Elizabeth Bridwell. Brother of Kathleen, Dario and Dorothy Bridwell.  

Job in Colony: In 1929 he and Vivian Busick worked in the print shop, folding and wrapping papers and booklets and melting linotype metal and moulding it as is the custom in all shops where a linotype is used.

Also in 1929, he and Isom Shoemaker, both in sixth grade, made rakes from pieces of wood with spike nails for the teeth.

Post-Colony History: In 1940 he was living in Texas with his parents and two younger siblings and publishing his own newspaper.  

Death: He died in 2015 in Texas.
