Birth: She was born in 1931 in Newllano, Louisiana.  

Family Information: Daughter of Joseph "Jody" and Thelma Perkins.

Sister of Betty Perkins.

Other Info: In 1933 she was just one year and one month old and in the sewing room where her mother was working. It was reported: "she is really the boss of the place and has never missed a day on the job since she was eight days old. She seems to be mightily interested in the work that is going on and amuses herself because she knows her mother and the rest are too busy to play."

In 1935 she was to be one of the participants in the theater program, along with Carolyn Bradshaw, George Ogden, Robert Ogden, Hermann Murray, Betty Perkins, Carl Peecher, Nettie Sue Cothran, Joy Quipp and Blair Pickett.

Post-Colony History:  

Death: She died in 2003 in Leesville, Louisiana and was buried in the O'Banion Cemetery at New Llano, Louisiana.
