Robert Jardine Lindsey

Birth: He was born in January 1900 in South Dakota.  

Family Information: Son of Jessie and William H. Lindsey.

Brother of David Lindsey.  

Description: In 1942 he was described as: 5'8" tall, weight 175 pounds, with a light complexion, brown eyes and hair.  

Pre-Colony History: In 1910 he was living in Kentucky with his parents and brother.

Other Info: He was one of the members of the colony when George Pickett was first named General Manager.

In 1926, while his family was living at Newllano, Louisiana, he married Bessie Hall at Bentonville, Arkansas.

Post-Colony History: In 1930 he was living in Arkansas with his wife and children where he worked as a foreman in a print shop.

In 1942 he was living in Monett Missouri, employed by the Monett Times Co.  

Death: He died in March 1967 at Beaumont, Texas and was buried there.
