Cora Mae Emry 

Birth: Born about 1876 in Iowa.  

Family Information: Wife of Robert H. Emry.

Mother of Basil, Willard, Kenneth, Archie and Helen Emry.

Step-mother of Annette (Emry) Bradshaw and Opal (Emry) Layer.  

Description:  

Pre-Colony History: In 1880 was living in Iowa with her parents; in 1900, 1910 and 1920 was living with husband Robert and children in Iowa; In 1930 was living in Montana with several of her children.

In September 1931 the Emry family including Cora Emry, Helen, Basil, Willard and Archie returned to the colony from Montana -- they had left the colony four years prior (probably shortly after the death of Robert). The trip took them nine days as they visited with friends along the way.

Job in Colony: In March 1932 she was working in the laundry.

Death: Died in 1970 in Montana.
